Erectile dysfunction (ED)
Through the first decay of the 21th century, men's way of thinking about erectile dysfunction (ED) has been notably improved, as most of them is not worried any more about getting back to successful intercourse , also they think that the new remedies for (ED) has changed their lives.
erectile dysfunction (ED) can be defined as a problem in getting good enough erection to achieve satisfactory intercourse either by having a problem in not getting penis hard at all, or getting one that is not hard enough to penetrate the partner, and others who can penetrate at first but loosing it at last.
Ed occurs due to deferent reasons and has different causes depending on age, as it is usually because of anxiety and nervousness of getting the partner pregnant or due to using condom in (Teenagers and young men), and usually because of having worries of making new sexual relation in case of widow (middle age) men and some few cases because of diabetes, but in the case of post middle age men 70% of them have the ED problem which in their case is usually due to narrowing of the blood vessels that carry blood into the penis, which may give a clue of potential brain stroke in the future( that's why they should be aware, and try to keep good blood pressure and cholesterol rates and to avoid smoking).
Erectile dysfunction is a complicated process happens when stimulating the penis or when thinking about sex which gives signals to the nerve leading to genitals and tell the blood vessels leading to the penis to open up and the blood will be kept there due to a valve which keeps the blood from returning until the end of sexual relation.
Usually there is two reasons for not having satisfactory erectile, one is physical causes such as(narrowing blood vessels, diabetes, over obesity, smoking, excessive drinking, drugs such as cocaine, and some less common problems such as hormone problems, nerve system problems, having surgery in abdomen.. ) ,second reason is quit physiological such as(nervousness, guilt , exhausting, a gay guy trying to have sex with a woman, depression, no good harmony in the relation…)
Finally we recommend every man having problems in (ED) to talk to his doctor and to have straightforward talk with partner, and to know that there is always a treatment for them like going to a therapist when it is physiological causes or to have medicine prescribed by your doctor when it is physical depending on your condition.
